Selected Terroir Cabernet Sauvignon

With an unrivalled expression of terroir in each of our varieties, this line of wines delivers tremendous fruit concentration and purity linked to their origin, such as the unmistakable typicity of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc from our vineyards in the Maipo Valleys, Merlot from Cachapoal Valley, and Chardonnay from Casablanca.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Harvest
Early April.
Aging
40% of the blend in French oak barrels for 4–6 months. Bottle aged at least 3 months.
 
 
Color
Intense ruby-red.
Aroma
Intense and delicate, recalling red and black fruits such as plums, blackberries, and raspberries, complemented by a light touch of toast.
Palate
Well-rounded with very good balance and persistence.
Pairing Suggestion
Drink with red meats, well-seasoned dishes, stews, and cheeses.
